Rachel Medlin has been practicing law in Florida since 1988.. Almost all of that time has been devoted to legal issues involving children and families. Rachel has worked as a DCF attorney, attorney for the Guardian Ad Litem Program, and served as one of the very first General Magistrates in juvenile dependency Court for three years. Rachel left the Court system in 2004 in order to handle adoptions exclusively. Since that time, she has successfully handled adoptions for hundreds of families in Florida.
Rachel is also an adopting parent, which has allowed her to experience first-hand some of the challenges families face during the adoption process.
